Nerja, Spain is not greatly vegan friendly, so when you find a nice little beach
front restaurant with a vegan option that isn't just salad, it's a hug relief. These no-chicken nuggets hit the spot perfectly as I was getting peckish during a stroll in the sun. Not homemade. Seems very similar to vegan Quorn products. Perfect dish to keep yourself going for a little while before dinner.
