I've never tasted mandu this good in my life. Frankly the best mandu that could
ever be made. Perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside, with a lovely dipping sauce!

I am not a big fan of fried dumplings and when I had my first.
I was like ok ok. But as I continue to devour them the taste got more and more appetising. I cannot understand why but the more I ate the more I didn’t wanna stop.
No where can you get this many pieces of dumplings for 4000won. Most importantly belly good. 😋
Ok this was just so-so.
Maybe i was comparing them to the mandu i had
the day before and that was really so so good.
This filling was the sweet potato noodles, soy protein chunks and sm other stuffs.
Maybe they need something a bit more crunchy to make ths dumpling have a bit of range. Right now it’s just ok but doesn’t stand out.
And i find it a tad too oily but tht’s not a big issue.
It’s not easy to find vegan dumplings in Korea, so this was so nice to
find!! Really liked the tofu filling!
We love it so mucchh with the vinegar ginger sauce
