This is the Hotel Indigo's really nice top-floor dining room with a view over
central Cardiff, but their vegan #breakfast offering leaves a bit to be desired 😐 To begin with, you can't just order this all-vegan #fryup (which isn't really a fry-up, but rather the usual ingredients but grilled/cooked differently). You need to order it on top of access to the "breakfast table", a generous spread of juices, grains, death, and cruelty 😪 The vegan #croissant was the only item that I managed to salvage from there, and in its defence it was flaky and buttery in a good way. Shame about the label typo...
