This consisted of battered fried mushrooms nestled in 3 fluffy buns, topped with fresh cucumbers, house made fermented carrots, kimchi and cilantro. Drizzled with house-made kimchi aioli. The 🍄 were a delicious and compassionate 🌱-based replacement for 🐥.

Delicious and fresh! The flavors worked so well together. The kimchi mayo was very tasty. A little small for the price but definitely quality!

These Mushroom Bao Buns are like fluffy pillow-cloud buns ☁️ ☁️ ☁️ sandwiching perfectly crispy mushrooms that are greaseless. There are cucumbers on each bun, and a delicious sauce that compliments the other flavors.
