This consisted of 🐔-free fried oyster and maitake mushrooms nestled in a banh mi loaf

with fermented carrots, house kimchi, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, kimchi aioli and fried shallots (gluten-free option available). This had a multitude of enticing flavors and the mushrooms provided a satisfying meatiness. #abillionlove

So good! I absolutely loved this Bahn Mi. Can’t wait to try their other dishes.

Very very good.

It’s rad to be able to have the sauce since we usually have to leave off sauces at other banh mi places in order to make it vegan. All plant based here.
