This consisted of 🐔-free fried oyster and maitake mushrooms nestled in a banh mi loaf
with fermented carrots, house kimchi, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, kimchi aioli and fried shallots (gluten-free option available). This had a multitude of enticing flavors and the mushrooms provided a satisfying meatiness. #abillionlove
