Mali vegan has been on my list for such a long time:) Which dish was your favourite? 

You really need to go! I liked everything!! I had this Aubergine dish, and Kao Pad - which is a fried rice dish with bits of smokey 'bacon' was delish!! Burst full of flavour!. We also had the pad Thai, which was my least favorite, it was OK, but lacked favour, veggies, and was kind of greasy (oily).

Kao Pad sounds delicious. I will most definitely give it a try:)

Aubergine stir fried with vegan “minced pork” & sweet basil. Super tasty bursting with lush flavors!! Only negative was the aubergine skin was maybe a bit hard.

Very tasty, I had mine with rice and it was very filling and flavoursome.
