I think it’s just the perfect portion for 1 pax and proportionate to price.
Authentic! Light colouring on green chendol indicates no fake green colouring I hate, but just good real natural Pandan although strips are kinda small. Kidney beans are real good quality chunky.
You may notice it’s lacking the brown colour cos I requested superrrrr little Gula Melaka (brown sugar) syrup which the server thankfully followed accordingly and this was of a very comfortable level of sweetness for me to enjoy thoroughly 💕
Noticed that chendol is a SUPER POPULAR DISH ITEM here bc people before and after me ordered it as well, even though it’s mainly a drinks stall. & throughout the time I was there, it felt like just endless bowls of chendol was being churned out for the constant queue at the drinks stall. Is it people there JUST to buy chendol??? Even have people doing takeaway for it, even tho imo chendol would melt real quick and best eaten straightaway ahaha. Anyhow final verdict: 👍🏻👍🏻
