Hubby bought 2 soya tarts for S$2 only. I am thankful that vegan food is

made affordable.

The filling tastes smooth and light. One doesn’t need dairy or eggs to make plant based “egg tart”

The pastry crust is thick, but crumpled easily. Be careful when you eat it, and hold it gently without using too much strength.

As the crust is thick, unfortunately, there is not much space for more filling…

yay who does not love!! beancurd tart!! And the fact that its vegan!!

The only vegan beancurd tarts that are sold in SG I think :’) Loved the

buttery, crisp & crumbly tart crust, though the beancurd tasted a bit more like beancurd jello rather than the lao ban style of chilled beancurd. Very affordable too at $2 for 2 tarts! #veganisnotscary #sgbakes #sgtarts #tarts #beancurd

OMG WOW!!!!!! Finally got to try this #sgcheapandgood vegan version of egg tarts!!! It's only

$2 for 2 big egg tarts while home bakers sell tarts half this size at $2 each. These are so satisfying, they are so nicely chilled and comforting to eat fresh. Not too sweet. Nice crust made without egg or dairy too!!! Yay!!! Now I know where I can get vegan egg tarts at affordable prices! You'd need to go during lunch time because when I went back at dinner time, their soya tarts and soy pudding were all sold out. #musttry #bestpicks #veganheaveb

Tarts ($2/2pc) are buttery & thick at the bottom which I love :D The soy

beancurd filling is on the sweeter side & has a jello-like texture! #sgbakes

Finally got to try these vegan soy tarts at Circuit Road Hawker Centre! The crusts

are so thin and crispy, and the texture of the fillings are very custardy, exactly the same as the egg tarts I used to have! The best part is that it's super cheap. Definitely would buy these again to pair it with the satay from Victor's Veggie!

Labeled eggless, asked the stall holder again if it has butter in the pastry. He

said no. The curd is nice just like their soybean curd. Pastry is a little sweet for me, the bottom is thick, needs more curd filling

2pcs for $2, comparable to regular egg tart. Good enough to satisfy my craving for

tart. But checked with the stall uncle, not sure if the tart base is made of butter or butter alternative.

Finally managed to grab hold of this awesome tart, thanks to a friend who gifted

for free. Taste was not bad, the beancurd was smooth and silky, however it was a little too sweet for me and the crust could have been more buttery. I guessed my mum's homemade tarts have spoilt me a little too much 😅
