I truly enjoyed this dish! The taste of this soup is delicate and very balanced.
The noodles were good and also the "chicken" and "beef", which I found simply 'wow'!!! I find incredible how such plant based meats can resemble so much the real ones. There's no excuse to not going vegan...believe me!😉
