They’re well known for their dim sum and I do value their effort to make

dim sum even without prawns! I think I stopped being excited about dim sum since there are no prawns until Lotus tried recreating veggie dimsums!

$4.80/3pcs. The seafood paste and prawn filling had a nice bite and was savoury (not

too springy or bland like some konjac-based mock seafood). Wish the presentation could have been more attractive though.

This was not bad but didn’t really taste like har gao. The skin was a

bit thicker than I would have liked but it was still soft and chewy. It reminded me more of soon kueh skin than har gao skin. Still, I enjoyed it dipped in the sweet chilli they provide and black vinegar (provided on request). $4.80 for 3 and you can add on additional pieces at $1.60 which I consider quite reasonable.

Har-Gow in Cantonese. Hargow gal did not finish hers. Enjoyably sweet for me but tasted

more like fish than shrimp.
