It has a rich yam taste. I felt that they could be more
generous with the gravy as it was all soaked up by the yam abacus. That being the case, the yam abacus is well marinated and topped with fresh chilli that gives the dish a tiny bit of a spicy kick to it. This gives the whole dish a new depth of dimension. Personally, I am not really a fan of yam, only yam rings, therefore I rated it a 6.
