Menu says: “Soya strips in spicy Szechuan sauce, it is a popular dish” and that
about sums it up! Chewy and also somehow also a little bit crispy. This is my favourite Lotus Pond dish. The price has gone up in 2021, but the portion size has increased too, so no complaints!
Overall good, but honestly doesn't hold a candle to the ginger beef at Padmanadi's in
Edmonton.
