Aromatic and surprisingly present taste of sweet potato, which I really enjoyed. Based on the taste, I believe the sweet potato variety used is taro, and it’s pleasantly filling enough on its own without other sides.
I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this, but was pleasantly surprised!
The drink wasn’t too sweet and they use actual purple potato purée to make this drink. I thought it would be powder or a sickly sweet syrup, but was wrong! Would definitely order this again.
