Really wanted to try this after seeing so many street vendors sell them!
It was a nice snack, nothing spectacular about it, just a novelty when you're in Hong Kong.

This is a Hong Kong street snack that's normally rolled up and eaten with
your hands, commonly called "Egg Waffle" (made with eggs and lots of sugar). This vegan version was good. But for $48HKD, I expected it to come with some sort of sauce or topping...it was a bit boring on its own.
