as in the bolognese pie, but infused with oregano instead of thyme. Stuffed with Swiss brown mushrooms and lotsss of spinach leaves in a homemade basil cashew cream sauce. This flavour was rich and creamy but tasted slightly minty and exotic to me. Personally preferred the more familiar and comforting bolognese pie flavour! ($5)
the meantime, this is a good contender. It might look slightly dry when you cut through it, but I see that as a sign of not overusing oil, which is good. Most importantly, the taste is great. Somewhat buttery and crispy pie crust, spinach cream filling is just nicely seasoned. Definitely a good starter or tea break snack. š
