🥧 I don't recall seeing vegan savoury pies in SG elsewhere. Anyone knows? Well, in the meantime, this is a good contender. It might look slightly dry when you cut through it, but I see that as a sign of not overusing oil, which is good. Most importantly, the taste is great. Somewhat buttery and crispy pie crust, spinach cream filling is just nicely seasoned. Definitely a good starter or tea break snack. 😉

Very good flavoured filling of spinach and bits of mushrooms in cashew cream sauce. Pie crust is a little flaky. Rather pricey for a mini pie, $6.50 for a piece

I love these pies and the generous spinach filling! 😍 The filling was savoury with a littlee  homemade taste. I appreciate that the pies were less heavy than the regular non-vegan buttery pies i've had before.

Indicated by the cross in the pastry. Pastry crust was just as buttery as flaky as in the bolognese pie,  but infused with oregano instead of thyme. Stuffed with Swiss brown mushrooms and lotsss of spinach leaves in a homemade basil cashew cream sauce. This flavour was rich and creamy but tasted slightly minty and exotic to me. Personally preferred the more familiar and comforting bolognese pie flavour! ($5)
