This delish dish literally blew my mind!

The risotto was cooked to perfection with roasted butternut, spinach and some sautéed green beans and broccoli. Was absolutely amazing, highly recommend for a nicer meal out. Would come back for dinner!

This is a must for a day when it’s rainy and cold!
