I found this vegan sandwich at the T1 of the airport Madrid-Baraja (Spain). The package
shows that it is made of hummus of basil, but to be honest I could barely taste it. The sandwich was quite dry. The other ingredients were: carrots, tomatoes, spinach, chickpeas, lemon juice. The bread is made of wheat flour and sunflower seeds.
In my opinion, more hummus is definitely needed.
