A really really dense pastry from Land&Monkeys that makes the trick when you can’t quite
make up your mind between a croissant aux amandes (almond croissant) and a regular pain au chocolat (chocolate danish). It’s not really my go to pastry as I feel it carries too much information (chocolate, basis dough, frangipane, dried almonds and additional powdered sugar), but I have to admit this was really good! I guess a great dosis of yummy ingredients put together can’t hurt 🥰 It gave my morning a good kick and helped me go through the other day’s cold weather!
