We love po' boys, so we had to try the po' boy bun! Between the
pillow soft bao bun is crispy cauliflower, Sriracha aioli, sesame seed, and coleslaw. I love slaw so I really liked that addition. I think I would have preferred the "meat" to be something other than cauliflower because I really prefer tofu or mushroom po' boys. It makes sense that it's cauliflower though because they cover all the bases with the buns; the other two options feature tofu and mushroom. Despite the Sriracha aioli, I don't think this was spicy. I'm not sure if my spice receptors are damaged, or maybe Ladybird steers away from spice in their dishes. I don't mind! Just know to not be turned off from any possible heat on their menu.
