This was a wonderful experience everything was fresh and the cassava crust made on
the spot. Everything was grown on property. We called in advance to see it the could accommodate vegans and it was not a problem at all Jenny and her staff made us feel like family. They reuse and recycle almost everything if you are also alkaline vegan I recommend this place. Please note this is not a restaurant but a tour of a beautiful garden, caves and other things.
