I went to a vegan Vietnamese cooking course with my mum to learn how to
make Pho 🍜 We cooked many starters and this was one of them. Summer rolls are really nice and light and I enjoyed filling them with everything I like 😋 The tofu we used was really good so I added an extra portion in my summer rolls #tofulover #vegancooking #cookingclass #hamburg #veganhamburg
