Borsch is
a classic Ukrainian dish and it can be eaten as the main dish. Thick and rich in flavour, it has beets, cabbage, onion, spices, red kidney beans! If you have never had it, I highly recommend this delicious soup. One of my favourite meals ever!!I also recommend the varenyky (perogi) here and their cabbage rolls!
