I really enjoyed this a lot, and I’d never tried kothu/kottu before!
I couldn’t imagine seared, saucy chopped flatbread but it was a really satisfying texture that was almost meaty, and it was seasoned really nicely with the Sri Lankan curry sauce and fresh toppings. My only qualm is that (at TRNSMT) it was £8.50 for a portion that wasn’t very filling, but that’s kinda to be expected at festivals I suppose. Overall it was good to try something new and fresh and exciting!
