Muy rica y original. Es tipo bizcocho y sobre la base una compota de manzana
Arrives really sweetly - looking like a little apple with the sprig of mint.
A bit
of a misnomer (we were told this was Apple Pie) - this is a sponge cake with stewed apple pieces inside. Cake was moist & well flavoured - apple & cinnamon prevailing. Apple & cherry coulis complemented the cake well. Not what we were expecting and a pleasant surprise!
