Raw Cane Sugar. Thought would give you the ingredients list. Love the taste. The cake was not much matcha but added another dimension of texture to the dish. Highly recommend. What more since it was my birthday month the deal was 1 plus 1 for 1 liter of ice cream. What not to like about it. Thanks Kind Kones

This ice cream was made almond, cashew and coconut milk with vanilla and matcha cake

and for colouring blue pea flower. Interesting combination and enjoyed it
