Reviewing this again because it got even better! It’s a green papaya salad with carrots 🥕, oyster mushrooms 🍄, herbs, sesame-rice crackers, peanut 🥜 and a dressing. The salad now is a bit spicier and more developed in flavor 🤤 #veganisnotscary
