I think all the build up around KFC's new addition to the menu was the
main reason for my disappointment. The taste of the 11 herbs and spices was there, but I think it was the texture that was the main let down. It'd be naïve to expect it to be the same as chicken, I just don't think it's something I'd buy again unless I had no other options. Also, the distribution of the mayo was sporadic, so some parts were dry and some too tangy. Put it this way, the thing I enjoyed the most today was the corn on the cob.
