I am very impressed by this muffin. First of all it’s huge! It has a
bit of crystallized sugar on the very top so it has a nice crunchy sweetness that reminded me of a Spanish pound cake I used to eat as a kid. Plus a soft inside filled with carrots, sweet potato and cranberries, and a cinnamon cream cheese icing middle.
I honestly didn’t even finish it for breakfast this morning!
Very tasty. That icing was spot on.
As with all my Kelly’s reviews it’s very hard to rate the nutrition when they don’t tell you what’s in the it, besides the major ingredients.
