Quite a decent dish of dry vegetarian hor fun (can ask for no eggs)! This

was before Phase II heightened alert when dining in was still possible. A friend mentioned the “wok hei” of this dish wasn’t prominent and I’d agree that it’s a little inconsistent as there was still a decent amount of “wok hei” in this dish but when I dabao-ed it more recently, the aroma was much less prominent — I think it’s best eaten hot! The noodles were neither overly-greasy, too dry nor clumpy. Sufficient flavours although the horfun might look like it’s on the lighter side.
Squeeze the calamansi for the extra zesty kick! XD

However, I personally felt that the chilli was a little too salty and the mock meat (mushrooms I believe) was a little bland. Overall, still a good dish for around $4.50👍🏼

This was really yummy, one of the best dry hor funs I have tasted! Great

wok hei skills from the chef!

The chef changed form an older uncle to a young guy now; guess this is

why there’s no more wok hei 😅 Still tasty though! :)
