Not a bad dish, in fact it was quite flavourful. Every grain of rice was
evenly coated with curry, coupled with generous chunks of potatoes and “mutton” (mushroom) meat.
The mock meat was surprisingly moist despite its dull colour, and the curry packed a punch (it’s not mild but it’s spicy in a delicious way).
However, I feel the dish lacked colours and a few pieces of crunchy capsicum bites would be good! I would also prefer if the curry is less spicy but it’s a good vegetarian dish nonetheless!
P.S. Sorry for the use of disposables😅
Also, the dish might not be vegan due to the curry, however I would like to give credits to the potatoes as I realised they were deep fried and able to maintain the moisture without becoming too hard or mushy :’)
