Herbi-Vöhr based vegan chicken was used by the café to create this toasted sandwich. It
was very convincing of the real thing - so glad it's not!
The sandwich itself was enjoyable with this shredded vegan chicken mixed with mayonnaise, chopped red onion and some greens.
