È fragrante, ben sfogliato e alveolato, soffice e leggermente e piacevolmente croccante alle estremità. Il
sapore è buono, molto rustico ma troppo poco dolce secondo me.
Questa è l'unica pecca, fosse un pochino più dolce sarebbe molto più buono!
Non posso dire niente sul posto perché non sono entrata nel locale, da fuori sembra molto carino.
La confezione dell'asporto è di carta.
