Cream of mushroom soup made with almond milk, lightly scented with white truffle oil. The
truffle aroma wasn't strong and taste-wise I've definitely had creamier and more savoury / indulgent allium-free mushroom soups. Nonetheless this was pretty thick and wholesome with chewy pieces of mushroom; could tell it was made with lots of natural ingredients. Would recommend this to those who like healthy dishes! Served with black pepper and salt for you to adjust based on your personal preference; I didn't add any as it was sufficiently flavourful and enjoyable to me.
