The soup was well mixed with enoki & fragrant mushroom, black fungus, seaweed, ginger, carrots,
silken tofu, and was available as part of a set. Interesting dish, tasted good and is a suitable soup for starters before ordering any asian dishes here
This hot and sour soup has seaweed which others don’t use. A little special in
its taste with the inclusion of seaweed.
