THIS WAS GOOD! outside crispy and inside was moist and light, though not exactly like a meatball but good as a little ball on its own. glazed with some kind of tomato ish sauce which was so yummy. good balance of sweet and sliiiight sour! highly recommend

The meatballs are made from okara (soy pulp) which makes it very low waste. Very enjoyable but not the most memorable out of everything we tried.
