Nice rural Italian restaurant by a lake, unsurprisingly no vegan options on the menu.
The chef however offered to veganise their beetroot, hazelnut & porcini risotto. It was tasty but the portion was quite small and not filling enough. I was happy that at least I got to eat something 😉
