A side of fried mushrooms - something that has become standard ever since I moved

to Malaysia. Mushrooms in Asia are just superior. Hericium mushrooms have a slight texture like chicken meat, and these here were well prepared. Bite-sized fried goodness served with a delicious sauce - that tasted similar to McDonald’s sweet and sour sauce - in the best way possible

RM11.90. Nice having a bit of deep fried crunch to go with my soup ramen.

Beneath the crunch was a satisfying meaty texture.
