This consisted of 3 thick slices each of vegan tuna and vegan salmon sashimi marinated
in patis-mansi (vegan fish sauce and calamansi dressing) with salted fresh radish and cucumber garnish. Served with tamari and green onion sesame wasabi sauce. This 🌱-based sashimi was very impressive, with the same look, taste, and texture as the 🐟-derived kind. #saveveganrestaurants
