Warabi Mochi with Gelato

This is sooo good! Although the warabi mochi has no taste, it has a melt-in-your-mouth

texture and it goes perfectly well with the ice cream. This dessert is so enjoyable especially with the company of good vegan friends @opheeeliaaa @mikebroadhead Xi Zhi and sister 🤗🤗 #sgeats #veganin2022 #veganisnotscary

the matcha ice cream (made from soy milk) tasted amazing 🤩👍🏼💓 eating the chewy mochi

with the ice cream was great! the ambience at hvala deserves a 5 star rating too. they have a water feature at the cafe!! and artworks of cats 😻 i went on a weekday afternoon so there wasn’t a huge crowd.

Pairing warabi mochi with yuzu gelato was interesting and made it very refreshing 😊💕 but

I prefer the warabi mochi from Donki more than this one 🤔
