This is $4.80! Think this was my favourite from Hvala so far (other than the

cakes)! My friend told me its an acquired taste (not many enjoy this mochi), as it can get quite bitter. But personally, i think the mochi is so SOFT and the slight sweetness of the mochi batter is SOOO pleasant on your tongue. It balances out the bitterness of the matcha perfectly!!! Would come back for this hehe. I only tried the sweet brown syrup once as i thought the mochi was sweet enough already, but the syrup is not TOOO sweet and has a good consistency✌👍

The mochi are super soft and a bit warm, nice with the matcha powder but

a bit bitter for us so we added the hojicha syrup #veganisnotscary

The texture of the mochi could be softer and less dense. But overall satisfying, the

macha powder is substantial and you can totally taste the bitterness if you don't consume with sugar.
