an equally pretty and tasty starter with various vegetables cooked to perfection and rounded up

with spinach purée and garlic ‘snow’. also have to mention the outdoor seating complete with herb and veggie garden and hammocks is awesome!

This was so good! I was genuinely surprised at the mushroom's resemblance to scallops. I

liked the garlic snow as well but for me, the real star of the dish was the charred carrots!

This is apparently supposed to mimic scallops and the presentation sure was convincing! Although ultimately

it still tasted like mushrooms to everyone. Unexpected star of the dish was the roasted baby carrot which I felt outshone the "scallops". The garlic snow was so interesting too! I thought the green part was part of the plate's design but it turned out to be the spinach and spirulina puree, which I didn't really like because it was quite slimy??
