The name “bihun goreng bodo” literally means “stupid fried bee hoon” and there’s actually an
interesting history to it. The bodoh here, meaning stupid, refers to how one would “bodoh-bodoh” or stupidly fry the #beehoon anyhow they’d like. It’s kind of like how instant noodles and ramen came to be? You’d usually throw f*** all in there and call it a meal and sometimes literally just bee hoon and some kicap / #soysauce 🫣 Hah, takda ramuan nak anok bihun ya jadi bodoh pulak pelik kan diorang dulu2 😂 Instead of just soy sauce, the noodles is cooked in a base of #oystersauce and #sambal too!
