The cheese in these was the best! It's so gooey and I'd say tastes just
like dairy mozzarella. What's interesting about these is they use the same breading as the chicken. So it's not traditional Italian breadcrumbs like J Selby's. For me, it felt just a bit too salty. I think with a more traditional breading, these would be absolutely perfect! I do love how crispy they got though.
I NEEDED to try these before the were taken off the menu. I'm so lucky that I have @jonok to get them for me on their last day and keep them in his fridge while I was dealing with canceled flights for a couple days!
