Thursday through the weekend, you can get this vegan option as the day's special at Happy Farmer - right in the centre of Helsinki, next to the Railway station. It's simply a burst of flavours - curry sauce, beetroot hummus, sesame vinaigrette along with stir fried broccolini and rice, with chunky crisp plant-based protein bites on top(ask for Vegan Butcher option).
