this was such an interesting and unique concept! i wasn’t 100% sure how it would
be given the unusual sweet and savory combination but i ended up being a fan of this dish. the pancakes themselves are just heavenly: soft and fluffy, just like buttermilk pancakes! definitely brought me back to my childhood. while the pancakes were sweet, i didn’t have a problem pairing them with the savory hash and thought it actually went quite well together. the hash itself was seasoned and cooked thoroughly—definitely not lacking any flavor!
overall, this ended up being a pretty great combination. it really surprised me. i’d definitely recommend trying this one!
