You can’t visit Denmark and not eat a smørrebrød, the typical open-faced sandwich!

I was happy to find several vegan options at Hallernes Smørrebrød. They were delicious and also one of the very few vegan options in Tivoli Food Hall.
I don’t think there’s a fixed vegan menu, you just have to ask what they have on that...
