First time at HDL! Did not know they had a vegan tomato soup base but this was really yummy and there was a generous amount of real tomatoes inside too 👍🏻 Staff were really lovely as well and very understanding about my diet - they explained that there were options and sauces they wanted to recommend but would not because they were not vegan, so as to ensure that we did not feel shortchanged by a lack of suggestions that non vegan customers might have gotten.

For all the vegetarians/ vegans please make sure that you choose the right soup. What we were told that Tomato is the only one which is suitable and the other soups have chicken broth etc. You can customise it to your liking and the service at this place is simply outstanding. I think it is safe to say that you are over serviced and extremely well taken care of. On the condiments it is 4/person and as vegetarians we don’t have much to eat except the spices. We requested that they give us the sauces and few condiments and charge us for the table. We obviously did not choose fruits etc with it as that was not what we wanted the condiments for. Enjoyed the place
