This was certainly a beautiful dish but I’m very disappointed they didn’t have any vegan
ice creams (only sorbets). I called before visiting to ask if there were any creamy vegan ice creams as I don’t enjoy sorbet and was told there were several vegan flavors including chocolate and strawberry. When I got there the only options were sorbets though. Not terrible but definitely not a huge sorbet fan.
