think the tofu ranchero is a new filling they added and im glad there's now
another non-meat option!! it was pretty flavourful, the tofu was crispy and the sauce had a sweet and salsa-like kinda taste, w a mild spicy flavour (chose 'mild' for spice level). the tomatos were really juicy and sweet and went well w the tofu; the corn also contributed some sweetness
