Located in Brooklyn, this beautifully decorated
(all vegan) cafe is the perfect breakfast or brunch spot. Make sure you get there early. They were sold out of almost all empanadas by 11am! They're super popular. This is also a Cuban and #womanownedbusiness 🌿
This egg and cheese empanada was great. The inside was filled with mung bean based "egg" scramble and melted #dairyfree cheese. It also came with a delicious and flavorful sauce. It's a bit spicy, but great. Their empanadas are $5 each, but they're all made from scratch. I would definitely recommend ordering one or two!
